CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Confirmation emails and text messages are sent prior to your appointment, making it easy to make any necessary changes. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please visit our Team section to find your hairstylist’s direct phone number and contact them personally. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations (within 48 hours), same-day cancellations, and no-shows will be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total, which will be applied to the credit card on file.
